Manual single-order estimate. Payment rates vary by card, country, plan and contract. Enter your applicable rates. Profit after allocation = order revenue − product/fulfillment − acquisition − payment/platform fees − monthly costs ÷ expected orders.

A worked example

Monthly allocation is an average cost per order, not an incremental charge or a complete store profit statement. The before-allocation metric keeps the distinction visible.

Frequently asked questions

Why show profit before monthly allocation?

Monthly expenses are spread across your expected order count. An extra order does not necessarily incur that average overhead again.

Are the preset payment fees guaranteed?

No. They are editable starting assumptions for a standard US online payment. Confirm your own contract, card mix and additional fees.
